The California Organization of Methadone Providers (COMP) was incorporated as a not-for-profit (501c) corporation on May 31,1991. In 2002, COMP introduced new pharmacotherapy and other treatments, and became the California Opioid Maintenance Providers. We promote access to medication-assisted treatment and opioid treatment programs
